A weekly conversation I'd be having whether anyone was listening or not. You're welcome to pull up a chair.
I kept having conversations I couldn't stop thinking about. With friends at the end of a long night, with coaching clients, with strangers at events who said the thing you don't usually say until you know someone better. And I wanted a place to keep having them.
I also wanted a record of the thinking. Something to look back on. Evidence that I was genuinely trying to figure things out rather than just presenting like I had them figured out.
The show is called Life, Dilemmas and Dad Stuff because those are the three things I find genuinely interesting. Life — the broad, messy, ongoing experiment of being a person. Dilemmas — the real ones, where both options feel costly and there's no clean answer. And dad stuff — because becoming a father changed how I see almost everything, and I haven't found many places that talk about it honestly.
Some episodes are interviews. Some are just me, sitting with something I'm working through. None of it is rehearsed.
Conversations where people actually say the thing they don't usually say. Not a highlight reel of growth — a genuine attempt to figure something out in real time.
Dad stuff that isn't about sleep schedules or screen time. The identity questions. The relationship questions. The "who am I now?" questions that come up once you have a kid and don't really go away.
Episodes that don't resolve cleanly — because most of the things worth talking about don't. If you want a tidy conclusion, this probably isn't your show. If you want a real conversation, it might be.
Guests who aren't on a book tour. People who've been somewhere interesting — through a transition, a loss, a change in how they see themselves — and are willing to talk about what they actually found there.
New episodes drop every week. Find us wherever you listen.
The podcast is where most people find me. Coaching is where the real work happens. A free 15-minute call is where we figure out whether that's right for you.
